Just make sure your yard and surroundings are clear of any items or debris, that you don't want seen in the pictures. Also we recommend having some trees trimmed beforehand, so there's a clear and unobstructed view of your roof and property.

Typically we capture all the resolution images and video clips of your roof, building and property within an hour. You do not need to be present at your shoot, as long as our drone pilot can get access to your neighborhood or home (gated entry, etc).

You may reschedule or cancel by emailing your request to info@casacapture.us You may cancel up to three days prior to your scheduled time, otherwise a $95 fee will be applied. For drone shoots, the scheduling can be more flexible as we do not require access for entry. Weather can be unpredictable sometimes, but we ask for you to be aware of any pending storms/cloudy days. If there is a chance your appointment will be affected by weather we advise to reschedule.
