Drone Capture & 3D Virtual Tours

There's many reasons, but from our expert advice talking with insurance companies and attorneys, here are the top ones:

Typically we capture all the resolution images and video clips of your roof, building and property within an hour. You do not need to be present at your shoot, as long as our drone pilot can get access to your neighborhood or home (gated entry, etc).

The amount of time needed for a home scan depends on how large the property is. In general, it takes about one hour for every 1,000 square feet of space. For any service which requires entry into your property, someone must be there at the home at all times to guide our virtual home specialist throughout each area.

To prepare your home for a 3D virtual tour, we always recommend that you clean, declutter and think about each room and area beforehand, to make sure everything you want captured is clearly visible. Our team is not responsible for decluttering or prepping a room on the day of the appointment; as this is something that needs to be done beforehand to ensure the best results.

We can accommodate homes of any size, it just takes more time to scan everything properly. For homes up to 4000 sq/ft the special price is $649. If your home is up to 6,000 sq/ft the price is $1149, as it may require 6hrs on site. Contact us for with additional questions or custom requests.

You may reschedule or cancel by emailing your request to info@casacapture.us You may cancel up to three days prior to your scheduled time, otherwise a $195 fee will be applied. For drone shoots, the scheduling can be more flexible as we do not require access for entry. Weather can be unpredictable sometimes, but we ask for you to be aware of any pending storms/cloudy days. If there is a chance your appointment will be affected by weather we advise to reschedule.

Billing & Ordering

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed via safe and secure online credit card payment, ApplePay, Venmo, PayPal and Shop.

Your card is automatically charged with the every year on the same date with the Premium annual plan.

You can cancel your account at any time from within our partner App. Simply log in and go to the Account Summary page, and selecting the Cancel Account button. With our annual prepaid subscription, there are no refunds or pro-rated refunds. Once you cancel your account, you will not be billed any future charges, and full usage of the app will be available until the expiration date of the initial purchase.
